On any given day, you can find people enjoying themselves at Green Lake, one of Seattle’s most beloved parks. The park attracts more than a million people a year, and there is always a parade of runners, cyclist, and parents pushing their children around the lake’s 2.8-mile path.

Green Lake serves as a natural preserve for hundreds of species of trees and plants, as well as numerous birds and waterfowl and is located right in the middle of a dense neighborhood with easy access to downtown Seattle and I-5.

There are a wide variety of housing types in the Green Lake neighborhood, from large homes with views of the lake, to multi-family units and modern townhomes. Most homes are within easy walking distance to the park and the many restaurants and shops that surround the lake.
